For Physical products:
If your order was damaged when you received it, a replacement will be arranged. Please retain packaging and product and contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If a product is returned for any reason other than it being damaged, the customer is liable for postage and the return of the product in resalable condition together with its issued tax invoice. A refund will be processed to the same credit card or account that was charged for the purchase.
E- Books and other digital products cannot be returned or exchanged following purchase, unless faulty.
