X5 one-hour appointments – online
Weekly or fortnightly frequencies are ideal.
Share a walk and talk – it is all about you, and your self-care needs. Wellness walks are the perfect way to complement your self-nurture routine; creating a supportive dynamic whilst integrating movement and mindfulness.
A beautiful way to reconnect with yourself, these are delivered in a 1:1 format, both in person AND remotely.
IN PERSON: 45 minutes
These are offered at the Sydney locations of Centennial Park & Cronulla Beach.
REMOTE: 60 minutes
We walk together, from our individual locations (wherever you may be in the world); dedicating an hour of supportive space, for you.

This program is delivered in a group format with Mothers from across the globe.
Part of your self-care includes fostering human connection; and what better way to do this than to connect with other mums, on your motherhood self-discovery journey.
Each week we delve into and focus on a self-care module; exploring ways to weave it within your individual dynamic.
