When Dani was 29, she got a tattoo which read, ‘to thy own self be true’. There is courage required to be true to yourself and she shares how she struggled with post-natal anxiety. Dani says, ‘It’s about leaning into the unknown, leaning into fear even though it is scary and not being afraid to be who you are’. 

Children keep us young. We discuss the importance of play as this leads to being present. Sonia says, ‘Children are authentic, vulnerable humans and they remind us who we are.’ It’s important to keep those child-like qualities as an adult.
